Candela Creative Group® partnered with the Facultad de Ciencias Agrícolas at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez to develop a comprehensive visual identity system that reflects the institution’s leadership in agricultural education, research, and innovation.

Center for Advanced Radio Sciences and Engineering

Building an Identity for Scientific Innovation

  • Candela Creative Group® partnered with the Center for Advanced Radio Sciences and Engineering (CARSE) to develop a comprehensive brand identity and digital platform for one of Puerto Rico’s newest research centers dedicated to advancing radio science, engineering, and spectrum technologies.

  • Established through a Cooperative Agreement with the National Science Foundation, CARSE brings together engineers, scientists, educators, and research partners working at the forefront of radio frequency technologies, spectrum sharing, radio astronomy, atmospheric sciences, and advanced communications systems.

  • The project involved the creation of a complete visual identity system and a digital platform designed to communicate the Center’s mission, support outreach initiatives, showcase research activities, and provide access to educational and institutional resources.

CERCA

Coastal and Aquatic Risks Education Centers

Transforming Scientific Data into Community Learning Experiences

  • Candela Creative Group® partnered with CARICOOS to develop the identity, educational communications, and digital experience for CERCA — the Coastal and Aquatic Risks Education Centers.

  • Created to help students, educators, and communities better understand coastal hazards, environmental change, and resilience, CERCA transforms complex scientific information into accessible learning experiences through interactive tools, educational resources, and community engagement initiatives.

    The project included the development of a complete visual identity system, educational graphics, digital interfaces, and a web-based platform designed to connect multiple CERCA locations across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • By combining branding strategies, information design, and digital systems, the project helped create a unified educational ecosystem capable of supporting environmental literacy, public outreach, and long-term community resilience.

CARICOOS School

Full website development and CMS repository for Caricoos School. They are an extension of CARICOOS. The education and extension staff of CARICOOS School is dedicated to developing various educational activities so that the public can: Access all publications, guides, theses and other materials learn to use and interpret the products on the CARICOOS webpage, understand basic fundamentals about waves, winds and currents and their relevance in people's daily lives. Research Projects

Original branding, illustration, Graphic Design and Web Development  for Puerto Rico's Climate Change Council 2023 Web Site. This Council; through the Puerto Rico Coastal Zone Management program continues the analysis of current and potential impacts of climate change and sea level rise on coastal communities, infrastructure, ecosystems, habitats, and populations of coastal and marine species.
