Immersed in the Heart Breakers Showcase at the Orlando Film Festival

“HeartBrakers”, a captivating film both starring and directed by our esteemed cinematography consultant, Rodrigo Lopresti, took center stage at the renowned Orlando Film Festival 2023.

As a dynamic creative entity based in Orlando, we embraced the spirit of independent cinema at the 2023 Orlando Film Festival. Our team had the privilege of attending the screening of Heart Breakers, a film starring and directed by our cinematography consultant, Rodrigo Lopresti.

Distinguished as one of the "Top 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World" by Moviemaker Magazine, the Orlando Film Festival, now in its 18th year, provided an immersive cinematic journey. With over 200 films, insightful industry panels, workshops, networking opportunities, nightly festivities, and a glamorous awards ceremony, the festival lived up to its global acclaim.

For Candela Creative Group, it was an honor to stand alongside Rodrigo, our guru of film and all things cinematic, as he presented Heart Breakers. The film explores the absurd and tragic relationship of a couple, navigating parallel universes, their troubled fate sealed before it even begins.

At the showcase, we had the pleasure of mingling with some amazing filmmakers and actors, sharing in the collective joy of an initiative that brings forth positive economic and cultural impacts for the City of Orlando. Tim Giuliani, President and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership, highlighted the festival's mission to underscore Orlando's standing as a premier destination for film, television, commercial, and web production.
